STEPS TO
COLLABORATE

  1. Submission of the enquiry form through the portal.
  2. Scrutiny of the application by the core team of GEV, Dubai.
  3. Eligible Group/ School/ Investor/ Society/Company/Trust (to be named as applicant group) will be contacted by the team and telephonic/virtual interaction will be scheduled with the International Director. The collaboration form will be shared with the shortlisted applicants.
  4. Applicant group should submit the filled collaboration form along with the required documents within 10 days on mentioned email id i.e. collaboration@globaledu.ae
  5. Applicant group will be shortlisted for interaction with the CEO, once they meet the required criteria. This will depend upon the group's goodwill, investment plans, ethos and values to match with the ethos and values of King’s College and GEV. This meeting will be conducted at the headquarters of GEV at Dubai.
  6. International Director and the CEO will keep a follow-up interaction with the applicant group to discuss about the criteria, terms and conditions, and further requirements to establish King’s College UK in the specific region.
  7. Letter of Intent will be issued once the terms & conditions are mutually agreed upon.
  8. All the formalities related to the Letter of Intent and related documents will be completed in 15 days.
  9. Due Diligence procedure will be initiated by GEV and after a satisfactory report, the confirmation mail about the collaboration will be sent.
  10. Draft of the final agreement while including terms and conditions as well as the establishment and operational norms will be prepared by the legal team of GEV in confirmation with the collaborating partner/investor.
  11. Final agreement signing ceremony and announcement of collaboration will be done.
  12. Policies/ Requirements/ PR Norms/ PR material/ usage guidelines and rights will be provided to the collaborating partner school.
  13. Regular support on branding, PR activities, Curriculum, Administration, Management, and HR procedures under the supervision of team members of GEV, the CEO of GEV, and expert members from King’s College UK and other International Schools will be provided to our collaborating schools.
  14. GEV and King’s College UK will support the Schools in the recruitment of a qualified Head Master from the UK/Europe and GEV will also support in the recruitment of other European Teachers as required by the Schools.
  15. Team will also support in the domains like Infrastructure design of the school, furniture designs, policies, branding, HR activities, Promotion, approval procedures, management, etc as per the provisions in the agreement.

Note:
1. Applications will be solely rejected for the groups that have any involvement (either direct or indirect) in arms trading, tobacco, pornography, criminal activity or anything else that may cause reputational damage to GEV or the brand of King's College UK.

2. Everything will be faceless before scrutinizing of the application and finalizing the meeting date.

  • GEV and King's College UK reserves the right to revoke letter of intent before the final agreement.
